Acuadrop & Renewable energy

Acuadrop project is born under personal experiences on the specific field. We invested 3 years to develop Acuadrop project, on serious and real and hard field applications. We added to it also local people testing experience and continuous product test verification. After this process we have now a large experience that we daily use to improve the quality and the performance of Acuadrop.
We want to offer our contribution to the development of products and systems of drinking water filtration for human consumption, used in places and situations that strongly need safe drink water.
Water is a precious and useful commodity for any person, a good that must be respected and absolutely cared for. This is what Bioecoever realizes with the Acuadrop project.

What is Acuadrop

Acuadrop Rack is an All in One portable wireless system with low energy consumption, designed to filter water, removing impurities and micro-organisms that are harmful to human use, suitable to work in places and situations where there is no availability of drinking water and energy to produce it.
Acuadrop Rack uses non-compliant sea water or fresh water to produce excellent, healthy and balanced drinking water. The machine consists of 3 units:

Green Marine Rack    ( Water Maker)
Blue Filter Rack          (Water Drink Purifier)
Yellow Power Rack    (CPU & Energy controller )

How does it work
All in One water filter purifier, Wireless, transportable (wheeled) system for mobile use or fixed installation for outdoor use, community and primary needs. Self-powered, it does not require an electrical connection to operate (energy autonomy of about 2 hours for Green Marine Rack and 4 hours for Blue Filter Rack). The operation provides a desalination cycle (with washing at the end of the cycle) and a fresh water purification process for drinking water production. Yellow Power Rack, operation control module and automatic power supply / fast battery charger via photovoltaic system / 220V network (external module). Wifi control remote option for diagnostics and maintenance. Automatic and manual functions are provided for both processes.
Acuadrop Rack is an eco-sustainable machine, it does not use plastic bottles to help respect and save the environment. Its components are 100% recyclable. It is user friendly, does not contain or uses substances that are harmful to health and the environment.

Acuadrop is a project with Italian design, born following the tests and personal experiences gained in over three years of field work carried out in South Pacific. “Acuadrop , more than water ”, start working where the other common filters stop.

Green Marine Rack. Wireless portable water maker 2 hours of energy autonomy. Pre-filter section, autopriming pump, 60 bar high-pressure pump with low energy consumption controlled by inverter, 2540 membrane for salt water treatment, self-regulating recirculation system for stability and optimization of electricity consumption, RO pressure, remote control, luminous status display , flow meter, 10L internal container for storage of produced water.

Marine Rack operational details
1. Process used: Controlled reverse osmosis 60 Bar.
2. Inlet water: Salt Water by means of a quick-fit connector for connection to a hose with a filter.
3. Output water: fresh water that can be taken from a pressurized tap. Internal collection container 10L
4. Hourly production of fresh water 40 L / H (full power)
5. Energy autonomy off line 2H
6. 24VDC operation.
7. Max required power 2000W supplied by Power Rack.
8. Automatic energy control function (energy autonomy control).
9. Manual / automatic adjustment (optimized) osmosis process.
10. Quick piping connections.
11. Microprocessor process control, power supply and recharge (Power Rack)
12. Water-proof polarized connectors for I / O interfacing connections (Power Rack).

Blue Filter Rack. Purifier filter to produce portable wireless drinking water 4 hours of energy autonomy. Pre-filtration section, autopriming pump, 8 bar high-pressure pump with low energy consumption controlled by microprocessor, self-regulating recirculation system for stability and optimization of electricity consumption, remote control, luminous status display, 8L pressurized internal container for drinking water storage . Drinking water supply control with selection and light guide for economy use. Deliverable water cooling (optional).

Blue Filter Rack operational details
1. Process used: Pre-filtering and microfiltration, Reverse Osmosis controlled 8 Bar, mineral enrichment and softener.
2. Inlet water: Fresh water by means of a quick-fit connector for connection to a hose with a prefilter for external draft from a can, a well or a river or a direct inlet water from an internal tank by Green Marine Rack.
3. Water Guard online TDS function for continuous water quality control.
4. Output water: selectable water drink that can be taken from:
A. Pressurized controlled outlet for glass only.
B. Pressurized controlled outlet for container loading (1.5 L)
C. Pressurized controlled output connector (full load)
5. Fresh water production 240 L / H (full power)
6. Energy autonomy off line 4H
7. 24VDC operation.
8. Maximum power required 500W provided by Power Rack.
9. Automatic energy control function (energy autonomy control).
10. Manual / automatic adjustment (optimized) osmosis process.
11. Quick piping connections.

Yellow Power Rack. Microprocessor control unit. Manages entirely the operation of Acuadrop Rack, in its two sections Green Marine and Blue Filter.
Wireless Power Functions, process automation, diagnostics, parameter settings and wifi remote control. Energy use optimization, recharge management with 100W MPPT photovoltaic system or direct power supply from the mains using a 220V / 24V external automatic rapid battery charger / charger.

Also Acuadrop project bases its operation on the principles of using renewable energy, to which
we are totally oriented.

We are also looking for Acuadrop followers to improve our complain to reduce use of plastic bottles, the oceans are full of these dangerous products that are causes a lot of damage to our echosystem. Acuadrop don’t want use plastic bottles, follow it !
