Biosanilys travelmate tutorial

The aim of this Tutorial is to provide training about some basic concepts, made simple and clear, on the criticalities of indoor pollution as a danger to our health, and also on the technological concepts that underlie the exclusive processes of the Travelmate’s Bio Computing Air Purifier system,  to protect and safeguard our health and to make us reach the "Bio Sphere of well-being".

GENERAL TRAVELMATE’S CONCEPTS

Travelmate (TVM) is your Bio Personal Air Computer a device that represents the new generation of
Bio Computing Air Purifier to contribute to the creation of the " Bio Wellness Sphere".

Treating the body and mind with pure and healthy air increases our bacteriological   defenses and makes us more naturally immune to attacks of viruses and diseases that affect our health;  Bio Air Purifier Computer was created exclusively to implement this process of improvement. TVM is light, portable, safe and easy to use for everyone. It does not require any specific installation or maintenance.
 
Note: (TVM*) = Travelmate’s abbreviation.

HOW TRAVELMATE IT WORKS

A.  Layout & system's mechanical architecture
The Travelmate is an All In One device that provides the 8 basic functions (Microfiltration, Digital Photocatalysis, Ionization, Active Aromatherapy Filtration, Indoor Co2 Control, Self-learning and Self-test-Autocleaning) accompanied by 4 User Functions, in order to achieve a complete air purification process according to the new concepts of Bio Computing.
 
The architecture used in TVM to manage air flows is presented in the way we will now describe.

The air to be treated enters from the upper part of the device sucked by a variable vacuum performed by the Servo-fan. The aspirated air first passes through the section of Super High Filtration Hepa14, where the first impurities are mechanically blocked, with a particle size equal to the fine particles (PM2.5).  Then the air flow passes into the photocatalytic chamber to undergo the actual purification process by means of digital photocatalysis (with 3D photocatalytic filter). In the following the air flow now rendered pure, is pressurized and transferred to the two symmetrical channels (left and right) where the Pulsed Reverse Ionization is applied to finally pass to the output prechambers (also symmetric left and right) for a final active filtration (activated carbon filters one per chamber) before being released into the environment. The latter contribute to completely eliminate any residual fumes and odours present in the rooms of the purification path, giving rise to the load-bearing flow of the Purified air at the outlet, channelled on the 2 side vents of the TVM.

On the upper left side there is a filter to collect essential oils useful for the Aromatherapy process (see E2.5). The molecules of the essential oils in their ordinary path of diffusion (evaporation), are invested by the consistent ionic current generated by the TVM to be then,  during their path, thrust and increased by the same ionic current which increases their duration by 60%. ( emission of essential oils).
 
As a result of Aromatherapy, the flow of purified air at the outlet, obtained from the paths described above, is further enriched by this last process , making the feeling of well-being even more evident and perceptible. In conclusion, the air released into the environment from the 2 side vents of the TVM, is SAFE, VERY PLEASANT and BALANCED thanks to further measures implemented in the path of purification.
 
The special care and attention applied (3D CAD and simulation) in the design of the device have allowed to achieve a high quality control of the purified air flow output, This is extremely important in order to ensure real-time control with greater Security and Reliability of the TVM.

NOTE: We note that the Aromatherapy process can also be managed individually with the Travelmate Air Therapy model and therefore does not need the entire purification process performed by the Travelmate Air PLUS.
 
B. Travelmate high tech
 
Travelmate is the result of an advanced High-tech study on Nanotechnology and the calculation of quantum mechanics,
rests its bases of operation on the digital hardware and software platform, which controls its processes of double modulated Inverse Ionization,  parallel to the process of Aromatherapy and Advanced UV Pulsed led photocatalysis ( PDL ). The calculations are performed by the exclusive Travelmate Algorithm (Digital Platform Software)

C. Nanotechnology

is a branch of applied science and technology that deals with the control of matter on a dimensional scale in the order of the nanometer, or a billionth of a meter (typically between 1 and 100 nanometers) and the design and implementation of devices on this scale. The study and design of TVM are designed as a result of a strong collaboration with the world of science and research in the field of nanotechnologies.





D. Bio-Purification  ( Biological system for air treatment)
 
The principle biological operation systems is represented by the transfer of pollutants from air to water (absorption) in which they are transformed into carbon dioxide, water and salts by bacteria..
 
Compared to conventional techniques abatement (chemical scrubbers, thermo oxidation etc.) the process is characterized by a low environmental impact (absence of chemicals to be disposed of, effective transformation of pollutants and not simple transfer on an absorbent medium, low energy consumption) and low operating costs.
 
Biological systems are effective both for the inorganic compounds treatment and for the organic compounds treatment.
 
Travelamate uses this process within the functions of Air Purification and it is for this reason that is called a BIO AIR PURIFIER.

TRAVELMATE : BACTERIA AND VIRUSES

Nanotechnology has allowed TVM to recognize, analyze and treat substances on the scale of the nanometer and then to deal with the treatment of bacteria and especially viruses whose size is around the average 100 nm.
In the case of Coronavirus, virions (single viral coronavirus particles) are spherical particles with an average diameter of about 100 nm (0.10 microns); the smallest measure 0.06 microns ( 60 nm) and the largest 0.14 microns or 140 nm.

A document recently published by the World Health Organization, Roadmap to improve and ensure good indoor ventilation in the context of COVID-19, starts right from this point and illustrates how crowded and confined environments are the ideal places to increase the transmission chain. That is why, the document continues, we need adequate systems of EFFICIENT AIR PURIFICATION for implementation by the preventive measures now known.
 
When the area is treated by a purifier device continuously , better will be the reduction of the amount of coronavirus droplets in the air. It is estimated that COVID-19 particles are between 0.06 and 0.14 microns, a size that Bio processes of TVM have shown to be able to capture. In addition, because viral particles travel within aerosols, which are larger and therefore more easily eliminated, the possibility of TVM filtering solutions blocking airborne contagion increases.
 
In itself, cleaning the air is not enough to protect 100% people from getting sick of a virus, ( not even vaccines do it) but if someone at home, at work or at school is sick of COVID-19 the use of an air purifier Travelmate can seriously help to prevent others from getting sick.
 
N95 masks ( if new and efficient) are able to filter 95% of particles with a diameter of about 0.30 microns and at this level their safety level stops
.


Travelmate exceeds this limit: when it is already operational from its Standby function ( surveillance)  it is able to monitor the presence of nano-particles and to act with its bio processes for their rapid elimination.


THE TRAVELMATE ALGORITHM
 
An algorithm is a strategy used to solve a problem and consists of a finite sequence of operations (also called instructions) that allow to solve all the questions of the same class. The TVM algorithm has a very complex computing structure and has built its requirements on optimization concepts (elimination of non-significant polynomials), speed of calculation and iteration with the Hardware devices with which it works. The algorithm also manages the calculation functions for the control of the Co2 indoor and finally the serial protocol (UART) for communications with external hardware.

WHAT IS A DIGITAL PLATFORM
 
 
A digital PLATFORM in computer science is a hardware and/or software base on which programs or applications are developed and/or run; it can also indicate an execution environment that includes hardware and operating system and possibly specific middleware elements,  application servers and other tools to support program execution.
 
Travelmate DIGITAL PLATFORM includes the servo-ventilation system, the digital sensor, the UV LED section; there are also: LED light bar, PB remote Command, Speech section for sending and receiving voice commands (Speech function), connection to external ADCOM module for connection to PC and for control unit environmental interchange Co2. Also provided option for connection to Bluetooth module and Android App.
 
 
Travelmate SOFTWARE PLATFORM makes use of the algorithm (basic element of the digital software platform) that uses the microprocessor to perform the control actions of all TVM processes (8 Basic Functions and 4 User Programs) for monitoring and reporting in the operation process.
 
One of the fundamental points of the Algorithm concerns the control ring (PID) with which all operating processes are regulated.  The PID is basically a regulating ring and consists of an input channel (Air sensor data with data upstream of filtration) of a regulating channel (air data detected downstream of filtration) and finally of an output channel (compensated by node function)  designed to drive bio purification processes.

 
The algorithm (basic element of the digital software platform) that uses the microprocessor through the digital sensor, It scans the air and compares it with previously acquired data (contained in the system data memory)  then calculate the best operating profile for safe and healthy air by updating the system data memory. The calculation produced by the algorithm serves as an output for the microprocessor to control the devices that regulate purification processes.

The BIOS (operating system) of TVM that regulates all the functions of Bio Computing is also part of the Software Platform. There are some specific Firmware (mobile vehicles, elevators) and others can be developed on request.
 

Details of the Hardware platform and the specific User Programs provided are given in points F - F7/ G-G3 sections.

THE 8 FUNCTIONS OF THE TRAVELMATE
 
Let’s now look in detail at the 8 Basic Functions (internal or resident functions) available to achieve a complete process of Bio Computing. The architecture used in TVM to manage air flows uses these 8 processes in both single and combined mode, in order to offer an adequate response to the various specifications required (greater volume of air to be treated).


 
E.  The Advanced Monitoring Function
The air quality monitoring is carried out by the Digital Sensor that provides real-time control of the air quality by sending the recorded data to the MCU Input channel.  The algorithm processes the data output from the sensor taking also in reference the data present in the internal (non-volatile) memory of the system. This is to make the results of sampling more precise.
 
The task of Advanced Monitoring is to generate an internal code to be provided to the Algorithm to generate the Operating Profile, (which takes place every 2.5 milliseconds)  useful to drive TVM hardware devices in order to manage, in the right sequence, the processes of Bio Computing Air Purification. The connection to the function Control Co2 Indoor allows you to interact with the environment in the management exchange and control Co2, where monitoring scans and continuous detection of Co2 values present in the environment.  
 
The air quality monitoring and control system is a real barrier to the protection of our health and well-being.




E1. The Super high Filtration Function
Microfiltration solutions used in Biosanilys systems find the main applications in addition to existing filters just to improve air conditions when ordinary filters HEPA and ULPA (Microfiltration) are not enough.
 
The real difference compared to other existing filtering technologies is the ability to drastically decontaminate air from pathogens and fine dust without having filters to replace frequently.
Thanks to the flow and dynamic depression system implemented by TVM all contaminants inside the filter chamber HEPA14 are eradicated and blocked much faster (up to PM2.5), as it is avoided early saturation and clogging (collapse) of the filtering matter. In other words, we can define this as a self-cleaning action implemented obviously only as a pre-filtering phase of the chamber itself, (cycle executed automatically when the system is switched on ( Autocleaning), thanks to the special upside-down position of the filter cones inside the HEPA14 filter structure.




E2. The Photocatalyst Function
Photocatalysis is a natural process that eliminates bacteria, microbes and pollutants, Oxidation Photocatalysis is considered today one of the most valid, bio-sustainable and effective used systems. Oxidation Photocatalysis is the process that takes place in the Travelmate reactor that eliminates harmful substances, bacteria, microbes and viruses contained in the air, transforming them into inert substances, in particular transforming them into water vapor, (hydroxyls and free radicals) without the release of other substances harmful to the health of the person.
 

 
Photocatalysis occurs by illuminating the photocatalyst with a light source at a specific wavelength. Photocatalyst and light source are the basic elements of the reactor (together with servo-ventilation).
 
The choice of the photocatalyst material is a very important and determining detail. We used titanium dioxide Ti02.
Equally important in the design of the reactor is the definition of lighting   (spectrum) which must have a strong relationship with the Gap band of material (Planck’s law).

Material and light source are the basis of reactor operation (
reactivity). A poorly defined definition of the reactor, as well as making it inefficient, can create the serious problem of falling into uncontrolled production of O2 ( Ozone), which must be avoided as it is harmful to health. Biosanilys system reactors are designed (and also controlled during their use) to be Ozone-free.




E2.1 Digital Photocatalysis  Function ( the advantages )
We’ve seen how photocatalysis works. Let’s now analyze the advantages of digital photocatalysis that is part of the exclusive system used in Biosanilys.
 
The microprocessor architecture of the Biosanilys (Travelamate) that we analyzed allows the MCU to produce a pulsed variable UV LED light source control signal (in modulation and intensity PDL). This results in a greater control of the electrons that manage with greater ease to overcome the forbidden band and to trigger the photocatalytic reaction.
 
In other words, it means having a more dynamic, more stable and safer reactor, capable of breaking down the harmful substances in a very short time and being able to independently verify it.

E2.2 The 3D Photocatalyst Function
The use of the special 3D photocatalyst offers a further increase in the performance of the digital photocatalysis Biosanilys, thanks to the increase of 45% of the useful surface of the photocatalyst and to the greater control (linear') of the air flow that passes through it.

The 3D photocatalyst also produces an exclusive retro-reaction useful to the MCU as an important control action on the double reverse pulsed ionization. (see point E2.3).  In this case, too, we get a significant increase in the reactor’s performance ( about 3 times higher than in conventional non digital reactors) and an increase in its functionality and established over time.




E3. Double Pulsed Reverse Ionization Function
Besides the well-known and scientifically documented beneficial effects of negative ions on the health and well-being of the human body, the negative ions are to be considered as oxygen ions having an additional electron obtained from the molecule of water.
 
For this reason, speaking in non-scientific terms, we can compare the negative ions to a shower felt even more pleasant when we are tired and fatigued.
 
Biosanilys implements the control of ions in the air purification process, making the process even more harmonized to the environment.
 
The driver signal of the inverted and pulsed Ionic current,  is generated by an output from the MCU in relation to the recorded environmental conditions (Input Data Digital Sensor) and to the ongoing actions of the digital 3D Photocatalysis (see E2.2)
 
The propagation of the pulsed Ionic current takes place from the inside to the outside of the device through the servo-ventilation without passing through the reactor
The MCU is able to evaluate this flow and to correct, if necessary, its emission (modulation) in order to ensure the right influx of Ions into the surrounding environment, in parallel with a control action carried out on digital photocatalysis.
 
We also note that the double pulsed reverse ionization is an excellent deterrent to remove insects and undesirable animals. The emission of particular frequencies not audible by human ear also provides for this purpose.
Biosanilys takes care, with particular attention, of the link between the Ionic current and the feedback from the 3D photocatalysis, as digital indexes useful to the MCU algorithm to reach  "the Bio Sphere Wellness" as a unique and exclusive action of Biosanilys systems. (Details Bio Sphere Wellness under Travelamate Versions).



E4. Active Filtration Function
Activated carbon filters used for air filtration shall be constructed from an inner chamber filled with carbon granules and Biofilm material, which have the task and particular characteristic of isolating and absorbing odours and purifying Air filtration to reduce the concentration of volatile and non-volatile contaminants, where present, is based on the phenomenon of physical and chemical adsorption obtained by the use of appropriate substances, sually active carbons, zeolites, aluminum oxides or ion exchange resins. The Microbial growth on the surface (biofilm) breaks totally contaminants sustances.
 
Note: The terms adsorption and absorption are not synonymous, should not be confused and, on the contrary, are two completely different phenomena. A substance that is absorbed by an absorbent material, penetrates into this material without becoming an integral part of it; adsorption, on the other hand, creates a link between adsorbent and adsorbed also at the molecular level. The filters used in the active filtration process are of high quality', stable over time (long life span), and especially tested and used by important homes (such as Sanyo Air Conditioner).
 
Active filtration also helps protect you from airborne contaminants.

E5. Aromatherapy Function
It is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Aromatherapy ( it’s a residence  TVM function) works using dual pulsed and modulated ionization with profile managed by a special algorithm (function customizable for specific user). At the ignition is performed an air analysis and then start the program of Aromatherapy assisted by the process of Ionization that increases and prolongs its already declared beneficial effects for health. Different types of essential oils are available, for different types of use and effect,  appropriately studied in the laboratory by a company that has over 50 years of experience in the field of herbal medicine.  Relax to promote sleep, Sanitizer for the well-being of the respiratory tract, and more.
 
One of the TVM User Programs specifically provides for the management of aromatherapy which can be activated manually by the user or automatically by TVM. This program can also be customized (via external software) with Circadian and Biorhythmic functions to achieve 100% of the well-being obtainable with Bio Computing Air Purifier Travelmate. ( See Cap G3 )




E6. Indoor CO2 control Function
The TVM also manages the control and exchange function indoor Co2, a basic operation necessary to produce and further ensure the health of the air.
 
TVM provides control (via external ADCOM module) of 2 rele outputs, for the control of external equipment ( actuator), for exchange management and control Co2 with reference to the current EU standards on air quality and safety Indoor.
 
In recent months the control of the Co2 inside the environments has been seriously taken into consideration, fixing a precise quantity/ volume according to the occupants of the same area.

It is now known and proven that these values need to be respected in order to obtain and maintain air levels that are in conformity with health.
 
TVM is able to process this data within its Algorithm making this function interactive with the environment.
 
We note that this function is strongly required for the use of TVM in the elevator application, where VOC concentrations reach enormously high values.  A specific layout and Bios for this application are available.

E7. Self-learning -Self-testing- Self Cleaning Functions
The function of self-learning, allows you to update the data of the system memory, aligning them to the new situations surrounding the Travelamate (New Alignment Data air as a function of the number of people present and then the relative air concentrations recorded). This means that once the program is launched when the TVM is switched on, it will update the data memory (memory map) to the new conditions recorded during self-learning.
 
 
During the self-learning phase, it is also possible to align several TVM modules (only for PLUS version). This allows the use of different units' (multiple use) within the same environment,  with the aim of increasing the efficiency, the quantity' of volume of air treated and the quality' of the activity' of purification Bio Air Computing also avoiding risks of "interference" between modules operating in the same environment.
 
 
The self-testing function provides an automatic sequence that starts on (AUTOTEST). The system is placed under test (Hardware and software); only to positive result the TVM is placed in operation. This is another very important feature of TVM as the self-test allows it to be used only in a 100% efficient machine.  
 
 
The Self-Cleaning function is automatically executed every boot of the system. It consists of a safe and fast mechanical self-cleaning process of the microfiltration stations, obtained by means of a vacuum to the outside produced by the servo-ventilation, accompanied by a strong photocatalytic activity (flash emission visible also from outside the TVM) intended to "clean" the cones of the Hepa14 filter.




The self-cleaning mechanism using Travelmate photo oxidation integrates photocatalytic material which has strong UV photooxidation. The photocatalytic material photooxides and decomposes the VOC and organic substances,by means of UV light, retained by the HEPA filter.


The decomposed dirt transformed into harmless substances is therefore easy to remove by means of the opposing air flow.


This fast and safe process is carried out whenever the control system requests it even during normal use of TVM.




DIGITAL PLATFORM COMPONENTS HARDWARE AND USER PROGRAMS

The Hardware Platform
 
The platform consists of 7 elements ( F1 to F7) and in detail provides: the servo-ventilation system, the digital sensor, the UV LED section, the LED light bar, the remote PB Command, the Speech section for sending and receiving voice commands (Speech function), connection to external ADCOM module for connection to PC and for control unit environmental interchange Co2.
 
Also provided for ADCOM option to connect to Bluetooth module and Android and Windows Apps.

F1. The Servo-ventilation System  
It is an integrated component inside the reactor used to regulate the  air flows that are used inside the reactor and to the Travelmate’s output pre-chambers.
The air flow is adjusted (servo-assisted by the MCU) in direction and intensity, with large linear control. Particular sound-absorbing materials and special attention to the study of ventilation paths, ensure noise at extremely low levels and low consumption. High reliability, and functionality, over time thanks to the technopolymers used.   







F2. The Digital Sensor
It is a high-tech component that contains 4 different sensors inside. After a preheat of about 2 minutes from the ignition , through a laser reading system, it scans air and provides the data in digital format, to the MCU bus.
The data provided is a synthesis data (defined as raw) that the algorithm processes to reconstruct the complete mapping of the primitive data read by the sensor. No maintenance is required. The life of the sensor is guaranteed for a period of more than 5 years.    







F3. UV LED SECTION
It is one of the most complex and delicate sections of the entire platform. It consists of 8 special UV Leds with wide diffusion beam with 365 Nm wavelength.
The impulsive operating regime (PDL) allows it to reach very temporary high peaks (over 10W) to increase the reactivity, and linearity, of the photocatalytic system. We remind you that the UV LED are used to illuminate the photocatalyst Ti02 in a precise dynamic of action, necessary to ensure a perfect photocatalytic action.
   
 









    F4. Light LED bar and associated functions
 
The RGB LED light bar is positioned on the front side of the TVM. It is used as a colored display to indicate which function is currently in progress by the TVM. Each function is associated with a color that can be fixed or flashing. The color codes and their functions are listed in the user manual.     

 





F5. PB Remote Control
 
Two-button Wifi control panel used to remotely control the Travelmate (for versions that require it). It is possible to turn on/ off the device from a maximum distance of about 3m, you can also turn on and off the user functions provided by the model.
Every TVM has its own coded keypad.
 





F6. Speech Control (ADCOM-S)                                                             
The voice function is implemented through the use of the ADCOM-S module, thanks to which it is possible to send voice commands to TVM, such as on and off and also to vary the user functions, in the same way as the commands are carried out by button (local or remote on Wifi keypad). It is also possible to receive spoken messages similar to the light messages made by the RGB LED bar. Speech function is working on IOT concept
 
The Internet of things (IoT) describes physical objects (or groups of such objects) that are embedded with sensors, processing ability, software, and other technologies that connect and exchange data with other devices and systems over the Internet or other communications network.







F7.  I/O- App Buetooth Android and Windows OS (ADCOM-C)
 
The ADCOM-C module is an accessory used as a communication adapter between TVM and external hardware. It is connected to the TVM communication port.In detail ADCOM allows TVM to control external I/O (eg Co2 Excange) to communicate via Bluetooth with Android App (for TVM control and monitoring) and finally to connect TVM to PC serial com USB (UART) for TVM control and monitoring on windows platform.




                            TRAVELMATE AIR SYSTEM FLOW             
 
In these 3 diagrams  we represent how the air purification path obtained by the 3 main functions of TVM takes place. Let's see them now in detail:


Function 1 PDL Photocatalysis. The dirty air is sucked from the upper side of TVM in correspondence with the transparent lid, to be then sent to the Bio purification processes as described in the chapter. Following the purification treatment, clean and safe air is introduced into the environment from the two right and left side vents. The preparation process of the Bio Wellness Sphere begins.




Function 2 Double Ionization. The dirty air follows the same path as in Function 1. This process activates the production of Ionic current (Anions) The air introduced into the environment from the side vents, pours into it the benefits deriving from the presence of negative ions, emitted and controlled by the TVM CPU.


Function 3 Aromatherapy. This specific input process uses the production of water molecule release from bio filtration, therefore it uses air already treated by photocatalysis and / or ionization. The molecules of essential oils are diffused and charged by means of the outgoing ionic current which strengthens their diffusive effect in the environment and, as we have already seen, allows a massive diffusion thanks to the criteria in nanometry.





G. User Programs Details
 
The programs are 3 and vary depending on the versions chosen. By pressing the button on the TVM body (or via the Pb remote or using speech function) can be activated/deactivated. Specifically these are:    

G1. Function of Aromatherapy                                                
 
It was already treated in Point E2.5 about Hardware section. This function is available in some of the 5 versions of TVM. (See Version Definition Table). The activation can be automatic or manual  (Led bar on yellow color).  There are other selections within the Aromatherapy program that recall calculated cycles of the same, for different activities': night, day, Intensity and finally circadian alignment (see point G3). Also in this case the details for the use are reported on the user manual of TVM.
 Essential oils are deposited in the appropriate diffuser and only a few drops are needed to have full Aromatherapy efficiency for several hours of autonomy. TVM is not a normal diffuser (normally they make the diffusion of Aromas with very basic techniques) but a Smart Dispenser of Natural Aromas (essential oils) as it doses and controls this emission as a function of the environment and aligns it with the personal biorhythm. A real novelty for wellness lovers. The Speech function allows you to conveniently recall aromatherapy functions with voice message ( see F6.) Four extra system setup under to Aromatheraphy Speech setting are available ( night, drive, relax ,efficiency) using appropriate essential oil.

G2. Ionization function
 
The ionization function has been treated with a scientific technical term such as DOUBLE PULSED REVERSE IONIZATION (see point E2.3) and is the function that manages the production of the ionic current.
 
The Ionization function is a resident function and is managed automatically by the Algorithm.                                          
Let's make an important note about ions.

Negative ions (anions) are molecules that have captured an electron. they are formed in nature as a consequence of many phenomena: by friction between different states of air, generating electrostatic charges, during thunderstorms, near waterfalls, etc
 
Under natural conditions, the presence of positive ions and negative ions is similar. However, this proportion varies according to the places and environments. If we remember our general state before and after a storm, it is not difficult for us to associate that the discomfort and heaviness we feel before is associated with the high percentage of positive ions, and the lightness and vitality we feel afterwards is associated with the high percentage of ions. negatives. The primary effect of negative ions is to eliminate fumes, dust and any toxic substances that pollute the air.
 
When the polluting particles come into contact with the negative ions they charge up to be attarcted to any neutral or opposite charge surface.The quality of the air we breathe depends on the amount of oxygen anions present in it. The action of these anions is to neutralize all pollutants that are present in the air such as bacteria, viruses, mites, pollen, spores, various dusts, bad smells, cigarette smoke, exhaust gases, etc. which are the cause of various respiratory diseases and allergies.

All particles below 6 microns form the so-called respirable fraction of dust, capable of penetrating deeply into the respiratory system. Even the largest ions are enormously smaller than 6 microns (we are in the order of millionths of a millimeter, instead of thousandths), so all ions are potentially able to reach the pulmonary alveoli.
 
The problem is another: the gaseous ions breathed, as such, have a very short life, and they give their electric charge to the particles with which they collide, ionizing them, aggregating them together and causing them to precipitate more or less deeply on the surfaces of the respiratory system. , depending on the mass of the aggregate that is formed (the larger it is, the sooner it falls). The result is that, large or small, the ions are all consumed in this particle precipitation process.
 
In fact, this is exactly how electrostatic filters work: the air is passed through an ionization barrier, where ions electrostatically charge the powders and cause them to precipitate. At the exit of the filter, the air is free of particles but also of ions, in conditions of electrical neutrality. For this reason, if the air is no more than clean, no ions arrive at the alveolar level ... neither large nor small.

G3. Biorhythms function - Circadian rhythm

BIORITM is a kind of internal clock that outlines aspects and trends of a person’s life and is represented with simple sinusoidal curves.

The circadian cycle is a sort of biological clock from the period of 24 hours - the name, in fact, derives from the Latin circa diem which means "around the day" - which is characterized by being a complex internal system responsible for cycles concerning blood pressure, body temperature, muscle tone, heart rate, rhythm  sleep-wake, etc.

The circadian rhythm was the protagonist of the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2017: this prestigious prize, in fact, was awarded to three chrono-biological geneticists - Jeffrey C. Hall, Michael Rosbash and Michael W. Young - who have studied the mechanism that controls this special biological rhythm and discovered the system through which all living organisms regulate their circadian clock in tune with the external environment.

The organisms that populate the planet earth, including humans, have an internal biological clock that varies, just with a "real clock", as the hours pass: this mechanism, in fact, adapts to the different stages of the day by regulating key functions such as hormonal levels, sleep and metabolism.

For this reason, when our watch is misaligned with respect to the external environment, we suffer in terms of psycho-physical well-being.
